Saturday, May 28 10:30am  Costume pick up, by appointment only see schedule 12:30pm  stage crew, spot ops and fly op called at 12:30 1:00pm  Beginning @ 1:00 cue to cue. After, run full show. Dinner break at 5:00 Sunday, May 29 12:30pm  All crew called 1:00pm  Run full show/resolve tech costume questions/ dinner break 5:00 to 6:30

Set Priority #3 please and thank you! The Hair Affair batten (5) needs to be centered it is too far SL also, the doors need to open. Yes please with the seatbelts on batten 1 Whatever keeps the doors closed can it be bigger than a regular size hook and eye? Need to chat about legs, since we chatted, we need legs. Bottles for bar/table 2nd fichus (needs battery operated fairy lights Two magnolias as "entry way" Need alligator clamps for the trailer Please split the judge and witness into two pieces Can we make the mannequin bases a little weightier, they topple easily.  Can lt. dan be attached to block? Led tape is falling SL fire wall Toilet was broken Can you check Batten two?  Also, can you re attach the door so that it swings stage left (it is leaning on back wall. Batten 2 and 3 need to be switched Can we have wheels on the podium? The changing room thingy is one inch too tall to fit through outside door also if you sit in the center of auditorium, you can see his naked bits.  (maybe cloth on the inside?) We may need to put sleds on the band platform so that batten 9 doesn't smack into our awesome musicians. Need to look at batten 9 Shower brakes are broken need at least two on one side Vanity needs low watt bulbs

Props We may have to spring for more jump ropes, starting to crack (under the pressure hahahahah) do we have budget for that? Can we have a couple more packages? Just in case they get lost in set land Need 1 more backback/messenger bags Velcro on intern list and then on class doors Broom for Kiki Do we want my tablet for table in place of a "cash register"? Paint The end of the bed with the pillows has naked wood, can you beautify? Only other addition is the block that the half mannequin is on, can you make silver/grey color and put some kind of logo on it?

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Pianist is doing cell phone sfx (please, please, please) On page 49 there is a student line, that line has been assigned to Chris Barfield
