Props Can we get a second pink rug?  The trainers work with the initial after house open so it would be nice if we could set one, and work with the second one, I don't want the rug to be set after house opens.  Looks bad.

Sounds/Lights/Special FX SM— Projections: Lights---the area light for the vanity shines pretty bad on the cyc, is there a way to douse/shutter or use another light so it doesn't bleach out the color? Sound—

Actors   It is the biggest pet peeve of mine when actors walk out to greet audience RIGHT after the house lights go up, you need to give it one minute before you go out.  It LOOKS AWFUL! Needy I would add, so go outside, take your mic off and THEN come back and greet the crowd, give them a minute before you kill the magic, and announce to everyone that this is community theatre.  I thank you.

Set Need padding on stair tread close to head, on bottom for ducking. Need to fix the top of the Harvard arches drop Ron:Rachel said you had a fix, or something that needed to be done on the led's for the store drop (batten 3) can you explain to me? Curtain stage right needs hemmed.

Sounds/Lights/Special FX SM— Projections: When lq 360 went the court room seal came on, but was labled correctly in cue lab?  Will check tomorrow…. Lights--- Batten 7 hit center light, was refocused before the report started, just wanted to note it. Need a light cue 274.7 Sound—good vibes for Jesee being in the show tomorrow, if not, Nancy is kiki for that section.

Costumes- Need a zipper in corset (Reagan, if you don't want one let me know, but the crew said yes zipper) Should we dart the pink jacket for elle a bit?  (the one with the squareish buttons?)

Paint The end of the bed with the pillows has naked wood, can you beautify? Only other addition is the block that the half mannequin is on, can you make silver/grey color and put some kind of logo on it? No we aren't, but can we get an emblem for podium Hair Affair pterodactyl is cut!  (perioktoi) don't put any paint on it!

Sounds/Lights/Special FX SM—look at page 54, 62-62,118 find missing projector cues) Projections: We're going to try like hell to reveal the band Lights--- Just a thought, instead of fog, we could get that smoke in a can and spray that, maybe more trustworthy? Where does cue 316 go? Lots of led's out, is there anyway to fix this? Sound—only one element, more are on order should be here Fri Some battery dying issues.  We will see if charges were held over night. Jill J is subtext shop lady when Amy is Serena

Costumes- Need a different belly for wendy, she did not eat a beach ball and she is too slight for that monstrosity, we should have one. Jessie!!!! Pull the MF sexy elves!!!

Actors   Delta Nu's, how did the new door thingy go? Trash schedule is by crew sign-in sheet, please check it, everyone is assigned a trash to take out during the run, please do so so there are no rodents!  Thanks! If you are in the party scene, can you bring on an alcohol bottle to put on "bar" and can you take it with when you leave. You guys are doing a remarkable job!  Some really lovely moments, hot dances, and some good singing, thanks for your focus during these long evenings. Please remember to hang up those costumes! After you take a set piece off for gay/European, take your set piece to alley, please and thanks New shoes please Callahan!

Crew find the rehearsal schedule here: http://www.georgetownpalace.com/rehearsals.php login, is cast, password is cast123 De, the fix for the stairs with door.  Craig will take your place bringing the stairs out, if you will get on the stairs and guide the door into place.  If you want to run this, let me know and we'll do it tomorrow.  Chris, please be careful with batten 7, it is so close to the lights that it can get them out of focus, as slow as you can so that we don't damage the battens or lights.  Can you also turn the hazer and SR fogger on preshow please? The ladder HAS to be out of the toilet stall for scene of the crime please and thank you Chloe and De shout outs, you were doing your jobs, which are NUMEROUS and changing batteries, thank you, thank you!

Accident/Incident Actor hit by a batten, scalp bled and neck grazed Actor "tweaked" knee.  Both sat out during the rest of show.  WE hope you are both okay, take care of yourselves!
